ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

CLIENT
•  Excellent understanding of the clients' key business and challenges .
•  Being considered a valuable contributor during client meetings with the ability to challenge others’ opinions in the right manner .
•  Delivering innovative thinking that inspires leading edge solutions.
•  Arming the client team with knowledge & expertise to speak confidently about the strategic direction where required .

INTERNAL
•  Work closely with strategy, ad operation and marketing team to build SparkX brand the best partner for local e-commerce clients to globalize their brand .
•  Work to improve local brand on DSP and global digital marketing, build a reputation as an innovative professional market leader in the industry.
•  Set strategies for developing new customers.
•  Identify, develop & oversee the delivery of unique and innovative strategies to deliver the client’s desired results.
•  Demonstrate a good understanding of consumers & their behaviors.
•  Ensure additional client demands are translated into agreed service improvements: identify, pursue and on occasions personally close strategically meaningful contract opportunities. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

•  Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
•  8+ years in integrated planning role in media, creative, innovation or communications discipline . 
•  Ability to think differently: creative & adaptive, entrepreneurial; deeply immersed in consumer understanding and driven by a desire to know more about the world / to better understand people’s motivations & behaviors in the shifting landscape.
•  English as working language.
•  Strong leader, presenter and packager of opportunities.
